Your weekly service covers everything it takes to keep your pool and spa clean, clear, and running properly. Here’s what happens every visit:
CLEANING
• Skim the surface and remove debris
• Vacuum the pool floor
• Brush walls, steps, and tile lines
• Clean out pump and skimmer baskets
• Empty the pool cleaner bag or canister (if applicable)
CHEMISTRY
• Test water chemistry
• Balance chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and other levels as needed

• Inspect pump, filter, and other equipment to make sure everything is running properly

Do I have to be home when the pool technician comes?
You don’t need to be home. We just ask that the gate is unlocked or that you provide us with a spare key so we can access the yard each week.
How many people will come to clean my pool?
As we’ve grown, we’ve chosen to stay small and personal rather than expanding with more staff. That means you’ll see the same familiar face each week — someone you know and trust.
Why does it matter how many trees are near my pool?
Trees and plants increase the amount of debris in your pool, which impacts water chemistry and can consume chlorine faster — especially during the hot months. More debris means more work to keep your pool consistently clear, which is why tree count factors into pricing.
