WHAT WE DO
Most Arizona homeowners don’t realize their pool needs to be drained and refilled every 2–3 years. Over time, minerals build up in the water — particularly calcium hardness and cyanuric acid (CYA). Once CYA levels get too high, chlorine becomes ineffective no matter how much you add. The only fix is fresh water.
We handle the entire process from start to finish — draining, chlorine wash, refilling, and adding fresh startup chemicals — so your pool gets a complete reset without the hassle.
HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: Drain: We pump out the old water safely and in compliance with local drainage guidelines.
Step 2: Chlorine Wash: While the pool is empty, we perform a chlorine wash on the interior surfaces to remove algae, mineral staining, and buildup that accumulates over time.
Step 3: Refill: We refill the pool with fresh water and monitor the process to ensure proper water levels.
Step 4: Startup Chemicals: Once refilled, we add a full round of startup chemicals to balance the fresh water — getting your pool ready for regular service and swimming.
