B&C Pool Services was founded in 2016 by Ben and Chelsea with a simple goal: provide reliable, quality pool care while building real relationships in their Northwest Valley community.
From the start, they’ve intentionally kept things small. No big crews, no revolving door of technicians — just personal, consistent service from people you actually know and trust. Many of their customers have been with them for years, and quite a few have become like family.
Ben brings nearly two decades of hands-on pool service experience and a genuine passion for the trade. Chelsea keeps everything running behind the scenes — customer support, scheduling, and making sure every message gets a prompt response. When you reach out to B&C, you’re talking to one of them, not a call center.
As a small family business, they take pride in helping Valley homeowners get the most out of their pools — something that’s practically a necessity in Arizona’s desert heat.
When they’re not working, Ben and Chelsea are usually outdoors — hiking, camping, hunting, or hanging out with their 115-lb Cane Corso, Blu. (Yes, they really love big dogs.)
